New Year's Resolution (AGAIN)

Every single year I make a bunch of plans and somewhat play myself. I'm only saying somewhat because I accomplished a few things that were on my "to-do list" for 2017, but not everything. We see the passive aggressive anti- "new year, new me" posts every year, but let's just be honest...CHANGE IS HARD ON ALL OF US. None of us are doing this life thing with a flawless execution and shouldn't put our noses in the air (or in anyone else's business) at the idea of someone even toying with self elevation.
Now don't get me wrong, I do not believe that you have to wait for a date change to make a personal adjustment, but some people believe that the new year begins a clean slate and I think there's beauty in that and it should be respected. I make adjustments all year (with both triumphs and failures), but making a list of things to accomplish holds you accountable to YOU...on that day and for the days to come.
So here I go...YET AGAIN...my resolutions, my to do list, my ode to myself:
I will be more intentional and thoughtful about what I consume, neglecting what does not suit me or bear good fruit.
I will say yes to myself more.
I will create a healthy and loving relationship with fitness.
I will perform a weekly act of self-care.
I will say "no", and I will not feel guilty.
I will read 12 books.
I will reduce debt (this is on my list every single year...meh).
Wish me luck <3
