Last weekend, some friends and I visited International Smoke in San Francisco. International Smoke is a restaurant collaboration between Chefs Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry. This new dining hot spot sits in the South of Market district (inside of Millennium Tower) within downtown SF.
My good friend Danielle was able to score reservations for 4 and we were met with a long line of patrons waiting for the restaurant to open just to grab a seat at the bar. Typically, my friends and I always order family style so that we are able to try a number of things in one sitting.
My favs on the menu were the buttered curry cornbread, double duck wings, pastrami spiced salmon (highly recommend), and the braised beef short rib. Oh and they serve the pitcher of sangria in a glass beverage dispenser for easy refills, pleasantries. The restaurant has a great ambiance serving sexy-chic decor with a modern rustic twist.
If you're looking to catch a meal with friends or a #bae, make a reservation on Open Table check out International Smoke!
